2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof of purchase and clear unboxing images/videos may be required for verification.
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Products returned without original packaging or invoice
4. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

- Include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos or video showing the issue
- Our support team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
Approved returns will receive further instructions for return shipping.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
6. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, customers may choose a replacement product if available. Replacement requests follow the same verification process as returns.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the packaging and product condition.
Failure to report within the stated timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
9. Shipping Responsibility
- Customers must ensure safe packaging when returning approved items.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit unless arranged by us.
